The Registered Nurse Supervisor role is onsite in Altoona, PA, with 7 a.m.–7:30 p.m. 12-hour or 7 a.m.–3 p.m. 8-hour shifts. Pay is $45–$48 per hour. Maybrook Hills Rehab provides rehabilitation and long-term care services. This supervisor directs and implements resident care plans, assesses patients, oversees clinical operations, and handles administrative duties. The role also guides LPNs and CNAs and supports admissions and discharges.

What you'll do

• Direct and implement resident and patient care plans
• perform assessments
• assist physicians
• prepare equipment, apply dressings, monitor patients, and record vital signs and symptoms
• administer prescribed medications and injections
• oversee clinical operations and administrative tasks
• guide LPNs and CNAs
• assist with admissions and discharges.
