What you'll do

• Provide direct and indirect total nursing care to assigned patients and supervise assigned personnel. Apply department and hospital policies and procedures relevant to nursing care. Participate in the residency’s structured preceptorship and monthly cohort sessions to develop clinical reasoning, decision-making, leadership, and evidence-based practice skills. Virginia RN licensure or compact-state nursing licensure and BLS certification are required
• designated units require specialty certifications, with new graduates given one year to complete applicable requirements.
