What you'll do
- Review FOIA/PA records and simple, complex, or fast-track requests
- handle referral and consultation requests from other federal agencies
- apply FOIA exemptions and redact non-releasable records using Adobe Acrobat. Interpret and explain applicable laws and regulations, issue written release determinations, communicate with requesters and agency personnel, process submitter notices, maintain detailed case notes, and support scanning and file uploads to FOIA databases.
