The director standardizes and improves warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, safety, and customer service across a 10-facility network. The role aligns warehouse performance with supply-chain needs, reduces costs and waste, and develops leaders and systems to support the company's growth.

What you'll do

• Lead operations across 10 warehouse facilities
• oversee receiving, storage, inventory management, fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control
• develop KPIs and reporting
• partner with SIOP, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Transportation
• lead inventory optimization
• redesign workflows and operating models
• govern warehouse management systems and automation
• manage budgets, capital expenditures, and cost-reduction initiatives
• recruit, develop, coach, and mentor warehouse leaders and site teams
• lead safety, quality, service, and cost improvement initiatives.
