What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with hygiene, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and positioning
• prepare meals and perform routine housekeeping as directed by the service plan
• provide reminders for oral medication and recommended exercises
• document visits and report changes to the supervisor.
