What you'll do

• Track project requirements, deliverables, milestones, and communications
• coordinate with subcontractor technical leads on responsibilities, work in progress, and dependencies
• identify and escalate delays, risks, and issues
• track resolution plans, owners, and deadlines
• capture meeting minutes and decisions
• follow up on action items
• prepare status reports and maintain project documentation
• review deliverables for completeness and alignment
• keep the Project Manager informed of progress and decisions needed.
