The Senior Scientist / Principal Investigator, Bioanalysis DMPK Biotransformation works onsite in Saint Louis, MO. Compensation is $80,000–$120,000 per year. The role joins RPM ReSearch’s drug discovery DMPK and Small Molecule Bioanalysis team. The scientist leads bioanalytical study design and execution, develops and qualifies methods, and ensures work follows protocols, standard operating procedures, and applicable laboratory practices. The role also mentors colleagues, reviews data and reports, and serves as a scientific contact for study directors and sponsors.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor colleagues
• troubleshoot method development and assay challenges
• design and manage studies under protocols and SOPs
• operate analytical instruments and perform analyses
• contribute to and develop SOPs
• serve as company contact for study directors and sponsors
• conduct method development and qualification
• allocate study resources
• review literature
• document deviations
• review and approve raw data and reports
• organize and archive study data and samples.
