Supervised Visitation Facilitator, Madison County

What you'll do

• Communicate with families and caregivers to schedule visits and explain protocols
• observe and document interactions
• provide real-time feedback when needed to maintain safety and appropriate behavior
• prepare regular qualitative and quantitative program reports
• submit case notes, visit reports, and data forms within 24 hours
• report concerns to supervisory staff
• maintain confidential information and meet documentation and billing deadlines.
