What you'll do

• Lead and support superintendents, foremen, crew leaders, and field personnel
• promote safety, accountability, teamwork, and improvement
• support coaching, hiring, onboarding, and training as needed
• manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, labor and material costs
• review profitability and address delays
• approve subcontractor work
• participate in estimating and preconstruction
• manage change orders, RFIs, and closeout documentation
• conduct turnover meetings and client walkthroughs.
