Employment Specialist (Supported Employment)

The Employment Specialist (Supported Employment) role is community-based in Sunbury, PA, with work at local employer sites. Compensation is $19 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide person-centered supported employment based on each individual’s ISP, strengths, preferences, needs, and goals
• assist with career interests, job searches, applications, resumes, and interview preparation
• develop employer relationships
• conduct job and task analyses
• provide on-the-job coaching and systematic instruction
• support workplace skills and natural supports
• plan to fade coaching as appropriate
• monitor progress and document services
• follow safety, confidentiality, incident-management, and individual-rights requirements
• provide transportation when required and authorized.
