What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions
• build stakeholder relationships and gather feedback
• leverage existing learning platforms and franchise content
• provide specific participant feedback and improvement plans
• assess skills and adapt coaching
• develop guest and regional field trainers
• align training with franchise business plans
• lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects
• support onboarding, development, and mentorship of other National Training Managers
• execute with limited senior leadership guidance.
