What you'll do

• Oversee distressed assets and recovery strategies
• lead due diligence, investment structuring, and closings
• analyze property cash flows and debt/equity structures
• develop capital plans, including EB-5 financing
• oversee refinancing and dispositions
• manage third-party property relationships
• report performance and recommendations
• lead and mentor asset managers and analysts.
