What you'll do

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user issues
• provide support by phone, email, remote tools, and onsite visits
• support Microsoft 365 and common business applications
• troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, and wireless networks
• manage and prioritize tickets
• document solutions
• explain technical issues to non-technical users
• escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
