Medical Device Installer/Technician

Job overview

The Medical Device Installer/Technician role is an onsite position in Hobbs, NM. Compensation is paid per trip: $32 for 0–25 miles, $48.50 for 25.1–40 miles, $72 for 40.1–75 miles, and $90 for 75.1+ miles, based on one-way mileage; there is no hourly pay. MedScope supports Personal Emergency Response System users so they can remain safe and independent at home. The installer coordinates appointments with clients or caregivers, delivers and sets up emergency response equipment in clients’ homes, tests devices, and explains their use and maintenance. The role also troubleshoots installation issues and records service activity to help provide reliable member support.

What you'll do

• Coordinate appointments with clients

• troubleshoot installation issues

• obtain required signatures
