The WIC Certifier role is hybrid in John Day, OR, with compensation of $21.15–$30.53 per hour. Community Counseling Solutions’ mission is to improve community well-being through dynamic, progressive, and diverse supports.

What you'll do

• Determine initial and ongoing WIC eligibility
• conduct nutrition assessments and assign risk codes
• collect and evaluate diet and medical histories
• provide breastfeeding and nutrition education
• obtain and evaluate blood, height, and weight measurements
• complete certifications and issue nutrition benefits
• lead group nutrition education
• refer participants to professional and social service agencies
• support WIC objectives
• and assist with mobile clinic operations and community outreach.
