Program Manager – Key Accounts

Job overview

The Program Manager – Key Accounts role is onsite in Mesa, AZ. Compensation is $110,000–$175,000 per year. Times Microwave Systems makes RF interconnect and coaxial cable products, and the role supports key account programs and product management. The manager coordinates customer-facing programs across sales, customer service, engineering, operations, and quality. The role leads development projects, resolves discrepancies, supports sales tools and training, and facilitates customer meetings to help meet account and company objectives.

What you'll do

• Support internal and external customers through key account program management
• coordinate communication across sales, customer service, engineering, operations, and quality
• manage development projects for key accounts and product management
• work with sales and marketing on sales tools, promotional programs, and sales-force and distribution-channel training
• facilitate customer meetings and travel to customer sites as needed
• gather and analyze data and resolve discrepancies.
