What you'll do

• Greet customers, complete vehicle intake, and write repair orders
• communicate by phone, text, and email
• review technician findings and present estimates and repair recommendations
• explain maintenance and repairs
• coordinate repair orders and workflow with technicians
• keep customers informed
• and use Tekmetric and the digital vehicle inspection process.
