What you'll do

• Serve as first-chair trial attorney on complex personal injury matters
• manage cases from filing through settlement or jury verdict
• develop litigation strategies
• conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and jury trials
• draft and argue pleadings, motions, discovery, and memoranda
• evaluate liability, damages, medical records, and expert opinions
• negotiate settlements
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with litigation staff
• mentor support staff
• comply with Florida procedural rules and deadlines.
