The Youth Engagement Support Staff role is onsite in Asbury Park, NJ, with compensation of $21.77 per hour. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The role supports Covenant House New Jersey’s work with young people.

What you'll do

• Engage young people and support their self-identified success plan goals
• help with daily activities and access to resources
• document progress and incidents in agency systems
• monitor medication and maintain medication logs
• facilitate assigned youth activities
• provide crisis intervention and de-escalation according to training
• and help maintain youth spaces and supplies.
