The Youth Residential Nurse role is onsite in Caldwell, ID, at the Hands of Promise Campus. Compensation is $33–$45.85 per hour. Idaho Youth Ranch’s mission is to nurture hope, healing, and resilience for Idaho’s youth through accessible programs and services. The nurse provides direct care as part of a team advancing trauma-informed, youth-guided, and family-driven behavioral health practices at a new 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility. The role supports youth health and safety through assessments, medication administration, and triage.

What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care and monitor visits
• conduct admission and weekly nursing and health assessments
• oversee and administer medications in accordance with psychiatry protocols
• triage urgent or emergency situations and provide emergency or first aid care
• determine appropriate levels of care for client health and safety.

Why this role

Requires an active, unencumbered Idaho Registered Nurse license and a valid state-issued driver’s license. Schedule is three 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends; psychiatric inpatient experience and BLS are preferred.
