What you'll do

• Supervise and manage delivery drivers
• train new hires and drivers
• document driver observations and communicate driver KPIs
• assist with driver schedules and equipment oversight
• track late trucks, missed deliveries, and breakdowns
• support route delivery and transportation management when called upon
• coordinate with sales and routing on efficient delivery routes
• monitor equipment, safety, customer service, and DOT documentation
• investigate accidents
• travel as needed, including overnight stays
• provide weekend support when called upon.
