What you'll do

• Train, coach, and develop team members
• ensure shifts are covered
• educate staff on health department regulations, safety procedures, and culinary expectations
• coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen teams
• supervise and inspect repairs and maintenance
• uphold product quality, consistency, speed of service, cleanliness, and maintenance
• maintain operational documents
• support restaurant performance metrics
• conduct weekly health inspections and coach sanitation practices.
