The Senior Director, Strategic Planning & Corporate Development role is expected to work onsite in North Reading, MA approximately four days per week. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Teradyne’s Semi and Product businesses and its strategic planning and corporate development work. This senior individual contributor shapes enterprise strategy and transaction execution, connecting market analysis and business-unit plans to investment decisions. The role develops strategic recommendations, builds an inorganic deal funnel, and helps protect value through transaction planning and integration considerations.

What you'll do

• Contribute to enterprise strategy refresh
• build and maintain market fact bases with business units and Finance
• develop competitive perspectives and pressure-test growth strategies
• synthesize business-unit strategies and economic cases
• support planning cadence and executive and board materials
• create inorganic strategy and deal funnel
• cultivate targets and industry relationships
• own strategic and commercial content of assigned transactions
• identify integration dependencies and value risks
• prepare executive updates and document assumptions and decisions
• use M&A platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled tools
• build domain expertise and thought leadership.
