Meat Manager

What you'll do

• Manage daily meat-department operations
• cut, trim, grind, and prepare meat products while maintaining quality and food safety
• package, label, price, and display products
• monitor freshness, rotation, and shrink
• assist customers with selections, special orders, and cooking recommendations
• supervise, train, and coordinate team members
• maintain a clean, organized, food-safe department
• build displays and support store promotions.
