Part-Time Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Provide service to residents, prospects, and visitors
• lease apartments in line with occupancy goals and Fair Housing standards
• conduct outside marketing
• review applications and complete lease paperwork
• inspect apartments before move-in
• follow up with residents and manage renewals
• answer calls and messages
• maintain lead records
• coordinate move-ins and work orders
• keep leasing areas presentable.
