The Maintenance Technician - Skilled Nursing Facility role is onsite in East Greenwich, RI, full-time, with a stated schedule of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and one week per month in an on-call rotation. Starting pay is $25 per hour. The role supports Saint Elizabeth Home and its skilled nursing facility.

What you'll do

• Perform routine facility maintenance, interior touch-ups, painting, and work orders
• complete minor electrical work, light carpentry, and minor plumbing
• maintain HVAC equipment
• and perform seasonal grounds work such as shoveling and sanding. A high school diploma is required
• boiler and generator experience and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are preferred.
