What you'll do

• Provide product support and troubleshooting to dealers and end users
• diagnose equipment concerns and recommend solutions
• evaluate warranty options and work with customers toward resolution
• research solutions with internal departments and external resources when needed
• coordinate repairs and service
• process warranty claims and returns
• document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM
• coordinate internal product and service training
• identify replacement-part needs and work with Parts Sales
• communicate emerging concerns to leadership.
