What you'll do

• Act as strategic business partner to executive leadership and financial liaison with the holding company
• coordinate month-end close and prepare monthly financial reports
• maintain standard costing, including labor and overhead rates and variance analysis
• develop pricing strategies and validate new business proposals
• prepare monthly operating forecasts and annual operating plan
• serve as ERP lead and improve processes and reporting
• review internal controls, compliance, and financial procedures.
