What you'll do

• Prepare breakfast menu items
• follow recipes
• set up and maintain breakfast stations and buffet lines
• accommodate special dietary needs
• plan production and portioning to minimize waste
• maintain equipment, safety, and sanitation
• follow Food Safe Handlers requirements, HACCP, and PCHF principles
• monitor presentation, freshness, and portions
• assist with inventory rotation and maintain an organized workstation.
