PM Account Compliance Supervisor – Evening Shift

The PM Account Compliance Supervisor is an onsite, full-time evening-shift role in Colorado Springs, CO. Compensation is not specified. The role exists to oversee account quality and compliance, support client satisfaction, and coordinate productive work with independent contractors and in-house labor. Through inspections, communication, work-assignment recommendations, and follow-up on client concerns, the supervisor helps ensure services meet client standards and company guidelines.

What you'll do

• Develop working relationships with independent contractors and in-house labor
• communicate client priorities and collaborate on problems
• review scopes of work and conduct quality assurance
• communicate urgent issues and nightly recaps to the Facility Services Manager
• recommend contractor assignments and manage work to client standards and company guidelines
• manage inspections, complaints, requests, new client starts, and VIP needs
• ensure compliance with client policies and proper use of approved cleaning tools and equipment.

Why this role
