What you'll do

• Survey elevator and escalator areas and record dimensions, conditions, and photos
• compile survey data into standardized vendor documents
• prepare and track submittal packages and revisions
• prepare permit applications and track approvals
• respond to plan-review comments
• coordinate discrepancies with vendors, engineers, project managers, and field crews
• maintain project files
• flag conditions affecting scope, cost, or code compliance
• learn applicable codes
• support senior staff on job walks and pre-construction planning.
