Accounts Payable Audit Specialist

The Accounts Payable Audit Specialist works onsite in Chicago, IL, Monday through Friday, on an eight-hour shift. Pay is $45,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience. What you'll do

• Audit freight invoices against carrier rate provisions, customer contracts, and system calculations
• document invoice variances
• contact carriers and coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve discrepancies
• research invoice errors
• interact with clients on problems and implementations
• escalate invoices to the AP Audit Manager
• identify and categorize shipping exceptions and OS&D shipments.
