What you'll do

• Coordinate lease, purchase, and sale transaction closings
• verify lessee and buyer/seller compliance with pre-closing conditions
• prepare and forward lease, purchase/sale, lender, trust, and mortgage documents
• coordinate filings with the FAA and International Registry
• follow up on post-closing items and original documents
• manage escrow document releases
• distribute final documents
• index operative records
• prepare agency agreements and ad hoc reports.
