What you'll do

• Lead sales-floor service

• oversee advertising setup and visual merchandising
• supervise freight flow, merchandise processing, cycle counts, and inventory control
• participate in staffing, training, and scheduling
• coach associates
• lead opening and closing procedures
• serve as floor leader when store managers are absent
• and support loss prevention and physical inventory.
