The Kitchen Assistant role is onsite in Yukon, OK, in the Dietary Department. Pay is $14 per hour. What you'll do

• Obtain the daily production sheet
• prepare breakfast and lunch according to the menu and standardized recipes
• clean equipment and work areas
• unload food and supplies
• complete dietary cleanup
• maintain clean coolers and freezers and proper food storage
• assist with dish racks
• submit production sheets
• serve as the Food Service Supervisor’s designee when absent
• assist residents with meal choices
• attend dietary meetings and conferences
• follow infection-control, OSHA, risk-management, and facility policies.

Why this role

Shift is 10:00 AM–6:30 PM. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather; the role may require overtime in an emergency. Frequent lifting and moving, including up to 50 pounds, is required.
