The Director of Information Technology, Logistics Systems role is fully onsite in Coppell, TX, Monday through Friday. Base compensation is $160,000–$200,000 per year, with a potential 10% bonus. The organization supports storage and distribution of medical supplies, devices, and pharmaceutical products, including emergency response and disaster relief operations. This working leadership role leads IT operations and business applications while remaining involved in day-to-day technology work. It supports reliable warehouse, order management, and integration systems and translates business needs into technology improvements across the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead approximately 3–4 direct reports
• provide hands-on leadership across IT operations and business applications
• support and optimize WMS, order management, warehouse workflows, and EDI integrations
• guide systems and integration initiatives
• identify process and system improvements
• partner with internal stakeholders
• support a regulated pharmaceutical logistics environment
• and travel to company locations as needed.
