Partner Content & Communications Manager — Hybrid Preferred

The Partner Content & Communications Manager role is based in San Francisco, CA, with hybrid work preferred at three to four onsite days per week; remote candidates with directly relevant experience may also be considered. Pay is $125–$135 per hour. The role supports the Partner Programs team and a global network of approximately 2,000 services partners. The manager owns day-to-day partner content strategy, governance, and communications so partners receive clear, consistent, timely information. The work includes maintaining content operations, coordinating launch communications, supporting a community pilot, and improving repeatable processes across partner-facing channels.

What you'll do

• Lead a monthly cross-functional content governance council
• maintain partner-facing content inventories and lifecycle tracking
• identify and coordinate updates to outdated or inconsistent materials
• track engagement metrics
• develop program guides, FAQs, one-pagers, enablement resources, and portal materials
• coordinate stakeholder, legal, brand, and marketing approvals
• plan partner communications for launches and program updates
• manage communication calendars and email cycles
• support an invite-only Slack community pilot, including onboarding and moderation
• build repeatable workflows and document an operating playbook.
