What you'll do

• Lead safe, challenging, consistent 50-minute music-driven Pilates classes
• provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and modifications
• build relationships and foster an inclusive studio environment
• represent the brand
• participate in meetings, training, events, and community initiatives
• support local marketing as needed
• maintain a clean studio
• complete instructor training and ongoing education
• apply leadership feedback and stay current on programming and coaching practices.
