This role exists to define the future state of Research Ops, influence executive stakeholders, and act as a principal advisor to research, design, and product leadership. The Senior Lead is responsible for scaling research capacity, governing standards, and driving measurable business outcomes through AI-enabled systems and strategic operational frameworks.

What you'll do

• Define and own long-term Research Ops strategy and capability roadmap.
• Serve as principal authority on Research Ops standards, tools, and emerging practices.
• Lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives including infrastructure modernization and AI enablement.
• Establish and govern enterprise standards for research repositories, insight management, and data governance.
• Partner with C-suite and SVP-level stakeholders to communicate strategic value and influence investment decisions.
• Lead design of AI-enabled research systems to reduce friction and improve quality.
• Oversee strategic vendor partnerships and budget planning.
