What you'll do

• Provide courteous service through Interactive Teller Machines
• process transactions accurately using bank software
• educate customers on ITM use
• resolve routine and complex inquiries or refer issues to branch staff or other departments
• process deposits, transfers, and loan payments
• use multiple software programs while communicating with customers
• identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities and referrals
• stay current on products and policies
• perform end-of-day balancing
• monitor ITM and ATM cash levels
• serve as backup to the Contact Center as needed.
