What you'll do

• Support coaching and development of team members
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training
• help oversee staffing, cleanliness, safety, and member experience
• monitor KPIs and conduct club walkthroughs
• address member questions and concerns
• support scheduling and shift coverage
• coordinate facility, equipment, inventory, and maintenance needs
• support cash handling, deposits, refunds, retail performance, and cost awareness
• serve as acting manager when the General Manager is unavailable.
