What you'll do

• Directly supervise warehouse associates
• develop staffing plans, schedules, labor allocations, and cross-training plans
• direct and monitor receiving, storage, inventory movement, picking, staging, loading, returns, and housekeeping
• lead pre-shift huddles and adjust workflow
• analyze productivity, order accuracy, inventory, safety, and service risks
• investigate operational problems and assign corrective actions
• support food-safety, quality, security, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• coordinate with warehouse administration and cross-functional teams
• maintain operating records and management documentation.
