Pool Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and provide feedback to Deck Supervisors, Instructors, and Deck Teachers
• evaluate staff
• maintain knowledge of the curriculum and management practices
• work with pool equipment
• discuss student progress with parents or guardians
• substitute for deck staff when needed
• provide weekly reports
• conduct aquatic new-hire training
• support workshops and in-service training
• coordinate deck shift flow.
