What you'll do

• Complete a required five-week manager-training course with performance metrics
• interview, hire, and develop employees
• create a positive environment for employees and customers
• meet personal performance metrics and help employees meet theirs
• analyze daily sales information
• meet banking, safety, operational, and legal requirements
• control labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses
• assign and follow up on daily tasks
• keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
• provide customer service and resolve customer issues.
