Associates rotate among the pay station, tunnel, and parking lot, assisting guests, processing transactions and memberships, guiding vehicles, and maintaining site cleanliness.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and explain wash options, memberships, promotions, and amenities
• process payments and record sales accurately
• assist with pay-station procedures
• respond courteously to customer concerns
• guide vehicles into the tunnel and follow safety procedures
• maintain lot cleanliness and check vacuums
• keep tools and equipment clean and report repair issues to the General Manager.
