Department Lead

The Department Lead role is onsite in Holstein, IA. Starting wages are $23.40 per hour; second- and third-shift options are available with shift premiums. What you'll do

• Coordinate work rotations and break schedules
• ensure equipment is safe and working, including troubleshooting
• complete paperwork
• promote quality, safety, productivity, 5S, and Lean
• hold team meetings when the supervisor is absent
• complete shift handoffs
• assist with GEMBA walks and other management tasks when the department manager is absent
• maintain charts and MDI boards
• monitor workflow
• and conduct standard-work audits with the supervisor.
