Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

What you'll do

• Guide and supervise nursing staff across shifts
• ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• supervise the nursing department in the DON/ADON’s absence as directed
• coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
• conduct patient rounds and provide staff feedback
• investigate patient, family, and staff concerns
• participate in recruitment, selection, and onboarding
• review staffing and assignments
• monitor budget and costs.
