What you'll do

• Supervise dietary personnel and aide assignments, enforce department policies and procedures, and oversee the department when the Dietary Manager is unavailable
• prepare and serve meals according to residents’ diet orders
• contribute to production planning, purchasing, and food storage
• maintain quality and budget guidelines
• help plan and prepare facility events.
