Job overview

Compensation is $50–$58,000 per year. The Client Care Coordinator role is onsite in Cherry Hill, NJ; The role begins with one to two months of training and is intended to prepare the selected candidate to help launch Serenium Therapy & Wellness’s new Cherry Hill office, anticipated to open in October 2026.

What you'll do

• Learn scheduling workflows, insurance processes, intake procedures, client communications, systems, and service standards.
• Assist with pre-opening planning, operational readiness, hiring, onboarding, and training support.
• If applicable, transition to Office Manager and lead daily operations, support staff, partner with clinicians and billing teams, monitor office metrics, and improve processes and client service.
