The Site Manager works onsite at the Maui client site on Mount Haleakala, near Kula, HI. Compensation is $165,000–$200,000 per year. The role supports Cayuse’s mission-critical site operations and maintenance work for a government customer; employment is conditional on successful execution of the client contract. The manager leads contractor personnel and integrated operations and maintenance functions, maintaining staffing, technical readiness, safety, quality, security, and logistics. The role supports mission continuity and effective coordination with government representatives and the host installation.

What you'll do

• Lead contractor personnel and integrated operations and maintenance functions
• manage staffing coverage and workforce integration
• serve as decision authority for after-hours operations and emergencies
• train and cross-train personnel
• maintain mission support and technical readiness
• ensure compliance with safety, security, quality, maintenance, and logistics protocols
• coordinate with the host installation
• respond to incidents and outages
• maintain government customer relationships
• oversee emergency response and quality assurance programs.

Why this role
